Shipping Policy: You must contact Dreams and Things by Design within 5 days of receipt of order.
No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receipt of your order.
Any returns must be in saleable condition, in original packaging.
Return shipping is the customer responsibility, unless you have received the wrong product or damaged.
Damaged products must be returned and will be exchanged with the item or a credit given, which ever you prefer.
All returns are subject to a 20% stocking fee. If an order is cancelled after it has been processed it is considered a return and will be subject to the restocking fee.
